A local product like in the old days. In the Landes, a master craftsman prepares the boudin noir in the tradition. Cooked with just grilled onions, spices and herbs. To eat cold as a starter or as an appetizer on toast. For the greediest, it can also be accompanied by fried potatoes or fresh pasta according to desires.

Ingredients :Pork's giblets, fat & blood, onions, carrots, leeks, salt, pepper & spices.

All ingredients but pepper are made in France.

Net Weight 200g - Serves 6 portions minimum

Cooking advice :

1) can be eaten cold or lightly fried in a pan in thin slices

2) let's try our amazing festive appetizer Boudin Tartelettes:

-pre-heat your oven around 200°C/*180°C Fan/Gas 6

- on an oven tray covered with baking paper put sheets of shortcrust pastry

- spread our onions' sucré salé confit on the pastry

- ad thin slices of our Boudin du Pays and ad bits of chopped chive on top

Cook around 10-15mn and enjoy !

All ingredients but pepper are made in France. Prepared with NO food dyes, NO flavor enhancer, NO preservative.

Shelf Life: 3 years cupboard before opening, 3 days kept chilled and covered once opened.
