Preparation and Usage
You Will Need: 150g unsalted butter 150g golden syrup Greased 20x25cm tin Tip: Why not stir dried fruit or chocolate pieces into the mix and once baked, drizzle with melted chocolate - deliciously indulgent! 1 Preheat the oven to 190ºC (170ºC Fan), Gas Mark 5. Melt the butter and golden syrup together then combine well with the entire flapjack mix in a bowl. 2 Tip the mix into the greased tray and level. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden. 3 Remove and leave to cool in the tray for 5 minutes, cut into portions whilst still warm.
