Preparation and Usage
You Will Need: 150g unsalted melted butter 3 medium eggs (beaten) 25x20cm greased and lined baking tin An electric mixer Tip: As a finishing touch, once cool, dust with cocoa powder or drizzle with melted chocolate - divine! 1 Preheat oven to 190ºC (170ºC Fan), Gas Mark 5. Using an electric mixer blend the melted butter into the entire brownie mix. With the mixer running slowly add the beaten eggs until you have a smooth batter. 2 Pour into the lined tin and smooth to level the batter. Bake in the middle of the oven for 20 to 25 minutes. For gooey brownies bake until the centre is only just baked, do not over bake. 3 Allow to cool before cutting into squares. My perfect chocolate brownie should be cracked on top, with a slightly moist centre. Why not serve with a scoop of ice cream for an indulgent dessert.
