Preparation and Usage
You Will Need: 150g soft butter 2 large eggs (beaten) 5 tbsp water Muffin tray lined with 12 medium muffin cases An electric mixer Tip: Personalise by adding mashed banana or banana chips for a fruity twist! 1 Preheat the oven to 170ºC (150ºC Fan), Gas Mark 4. Place the entire muffin mix in to a bowl and using an electric mixer blend in the butter. Gradually mix in the water and beaten eggs until combined. For the perfect texture, be gentle, don't over mix. 2 Divide the mix evenly between the cases. 3 Bake in the centre of the oven for 20 to 25 minutes until well risen and cracking on top.
