Also called “Pie Noir”, the Basque pig is a breed of Iberic pig and is one of the 6 acknowledged local races along with the Gascon, the Limousin, the Corse, the Western White, and the Bayeux. The Basque pig originally comes from the Basque country. The Basque name “Kintoa” means “country of Quint” in English.

Ingredients : PGI Kintoa Basque Pork's Mince & fat meat salt PGI Espelette Chilli Pepper (mild taste) white wine garlic spices.

Net Weight 180 grams - Serve 4 people.

All ingredients but pepper are made in France. Prepared with NO food dyes, NO flavor enhancer, NO preservative.

Cooking Instructions : Serve with a dish of cold cuts or as an entrée with a salad or simply with a slice of toast or a fresh baguette.
