Ingredients :

50% beef belly marinated, calf's leg, beef belly rinds, carrots, potatoes, leeks, white wine, tomatoes, salt, pepper, garlic, thyme and Cayenne pepper. 

All ingredients but pepper & spices are made in France.

Prepared with NO food dyes, NO flavor enhancer, NO preservative.

Cooking advice:

heat up gently in a deep casserole, serve with roasted potatoes with garlic or Piperade basquaise (available in our catalogue) and have a white smoked and flowery Pouilly-Fuissé wine with.
